Anahita Office Building, a dynamic and multifunctional space, hosts a range of leading companies in the fields of technology and media, including Tapsell, Pegah Data Sharif, Digiato, Telewebion, and Adran. Each floor has been custom-designed to reflect the unique identity and functional needs of the respective company—a strategy that maintains both visual and operational independence while fostering collaboration, team productivity, and synergistic growth among the tenants.
This project, designed and executed by Raya Design Studio, stands as a prominent example of a holistic, innovative, and interior architecture–driven approach. Every design element was meticulously crafted in full alignment with ergonomic, functional, and aesthetic requirements, resulting in an optimized and efficient environment tailored to the strategic goals of each organization.
The selection of materials, color schemes, and forms was made with a dual focus: to ensure both visual appeal and maximum functionality for users. This smart design not only creates a flexible and high-performance workspace, but also strengthens team communication and plays a vital role in supporting the long-term objectives of the building’s occupants.
