KARNAMEH
The interior design of Karnameh, a company within Hezardastan Holding, aimed to create a dynamic, flexible workplace aligned with the organizational culture of a startup. The design approach focused on rethinking the existing building’s spatial structure and creating an environment that supports team interaction and collaboration. The main challenge was the building’s aging condition and its highly compartmentalized layout, consisting of numerous enclosed rooms. In response, the spatial organization was reconfigured, transforming fragmented interiors into open, integrated workspaces. This transformation enhanced visual continuity and connectivity between different areas while accommodating flexible arrangements for individual and collaborative work.
